Extremo Loco es la historia de un joven Mexicano de nombre Kenan Xenon, el cual su vida cambiara al comer un fruto prohibido. Kenan junto con Ryuga, Ran, Amy, Mark y Alfred tendrán una nueva aventura. 

Los Revolucionarios Extremos pelearan para salvar al mundo, Universo, Multiverso, Omniverso e Hyperniverso; y llegaran a enfrentarse contra diferentes adversidades. Los revolucionarios, seres de distintos mundos, Shinigamis, Ángeles y Demonios tendrán una gran batalla y guerra, donde nuestros héroes se tendrán que enfrentar contra distintos enemigos.
